Regency is a great location and I have clients that love it there. You're right about the cons. Here is how we handle the heat in Las Vegas during those months. 1. Do outdoor activities - walking, hiking, golf, pickleball, chores etc in the morning. 2. Wear lots of sun protection hats sunscreen and sunglasses. 3. Put fans in your outdoor living area. Some like the water misters but I think those are overkill. 4. Drink lots of water. Everywhere you go indoors is airconditioned, and after some time your body becomes acclimated to the warmer weather. Something I am looking for when I retire in a few years. Like all the activities and NV is a lot more affordable than CA.

@@scotttild it’s going up in price, but it will probably always be more affordable than either coast. The prices are just crazy in those areas.
