You seriously installed cement board and acrylic wall panels over existing crumbling tile? I'm sorry, but this job was done extremely poorly. You all need to seriously stop cutting corners and do the job right: Completely demo the old materials and start with a clean, reliable slate! Also, the access panels for the tub look incredibly amateurish and I'm pretty sure you didn't install those grab bar mounts into studs, which means that they'll come loose (potentially leading to someone falling and hurting themselves) as soon as the screws work loose from the underlying tile layer. The way that you installed that shower drain was also extremely janky, leaving a void under the drain pan which will eventually fail. This bathroom remodel is a classic example that not all that glitters is gold!
