How to upgrade this gun to max level ?? Even after doing +40 it's fire rate or dispersion is not even half good for what was shown as maximum. Would there be any update to change the gun stats?

@@Mr.Thorson I used the accessory set for SMG mode and found that long range shots were very weak, close shots were not strong even though the chance of doubling damage was 40%. With a sniper scope and SMG magazine, you can't shoot far away, and shooting close up isn't accurate
