Today's video is a Sims 4 speedbuild of a modern Summer home!
I wanted to created a beautiful modern summer house for 1 sim with bright open plan kitchen, dining & living, it also include a master ensuite & multiple balconies to enjoy the ocean views, including a 'zen space' for yoga, a lap pool, a sunken campfire area, & an entertaining space with hot-tub!
