Great video and beautiful house 🏡 🤩 Great price too! I would love to be in Ghana 🇬🇭 one day to visit or even to live…I’m across the other side of the global in Canada.🇨🇦 Blessings 🙏🏾
2 bedroom house for 100 thousand dollars in kasoa too expensive. Developers should think of building luxury affordable houses that can be sold fast then building a house that will be on the market for years and it not getting sold.
I know the different building methods that can be used in ghana. You have... 1. Tirari (if I spelled it right) mud and water and sand 2. Cob building (using dried grass, water, sand and soil) which is better for health and cheap, fire resistant, healthy, energy efficient, earthquake durable, easy to maintain. 3. Rammed earth method (water, sand, soil) and it gets harder over time and keeps in cool air thus more energy efficient, burn resistant, easy to maintain. I been to ghana several times to know better then to pay prices like this for 2 bedroom.
My guy put proper price on it and stop that ‘the price is negotiable stuff you are talking about’. The price is too exhorbitant. Just 3 bedroom p3 nu 100000. Ad3n?
Wow that house is way too much money for it to one....be in Africa and be charged those prices because yall pay there is not even that good to charge much money like that for a 2 bedroom. I can get a 4 bedroom house for that price here in America. Ghana need to stop charging American prices where you can build a 6 bedroom home from between $35,000 to $60,000.
Well, comparing prices in Ghana to America will be misleading because cost of construction and cost of credit in Ghana is different from that of America. Also the type of construction is also different. And it’s true that you can build a six bedroom with less but the price of a house is not base on the number of rooms but the quality and the location off the house. Anyway, I appreciate your feedback
@@PROPERTYHUNTERGHANA I prefer to be in the forest. Plus America does use good quality building in certain areas and it depends on what type of house a person building. We have homes that been here before you ever was born and they still standing and lasting and huge. The neighborhood area, lol that is a game play to have an excuse to charge less fortunate people more money and to keep the less fortunate people out. Gentrification and separation. I rather live off grid with solar energy and own water source lol.
Do you understand the concept of supply and demand? Demand is what determines the market price. If there’s no demand, they couldn’t charge these prices. Plus, housing prices in America, varies greatly depending on your location just like it does in Ghana. So yes, you can find something more affordable in a rural area than you would when you’re in closer proximity to the city center. That’s how it works everywhere in the world.
The price!!!.. Realtors should know that the first price you put out should be realistic..serious house hunters will never circle back to ask if you have lowered your price..they will not even bother to counter offer with such high starting price.. he should work out the minimum profit to be made and set the price reasonable higher giving room for negotiations..
