Most Old Japanese edits usually include only the WW2 part of Japan (which commited war crimes). In reality, these people were the most dishonorable folks on the planet. They should instead include the Meiji Restoration era of Japan, because thats when they actually prospered and did good for their people.

Keep in mind that this was the 70s. Imagine how he would react if he sees the modern Japan.

We live in a society where suffer and war is being supported instead of what our ancestors fought for, peace and harmony. And to those saying ''oooh oooh they didnt fight for anime women!'', that's not the point.
