Not questioning him because I can see that it works- but why didn't he just drill thru the red jack top cylinder, thread that part, install pipe fitting, then weld red jack cylinder to red jack outer cylinder? Would have done the same thing with far less work.
Good concept other the feed line through the machined edge of the Circumference of the base ... then the whole flat surface could of been used as a thrust plate ... 😮😮😮😮
