[Modified Casio] Casio GShock GXW56-1A Mod

Mods performed on this watch:
-1st: converted from negative to positive display
-2nd: added Lee's 'Light Amber' colored filter
-also relubricated O-ring with 100% silicone oil, tested all pushers/functions, and set date/time to customer's location

I hate the negative display on almost all Casio watches not all. The gw56 is one I would definitely convert. Great work thank you

great job and very well done. I'm a big fan of your work and I'm always with you, this modification was really good, considering that these negative modules aren't always that visible. Greetings here from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

It's not for everyone, but it's what the customer requested. I kinda of like it 😁 What Casio needs to do is put their new MIP displays into these G shocks. Theyre the best neg displays to read in my opinion.

@@watchncarry9593 Absolutely. It might be a cost thing now, but I would hope they would transition fully. MIP would, or should, give you the option to invert the colors on the fly.

Question. at 29:06 , can you also put your precut polarizing filter in first? And then assemble everything again? Would this work and make the display visible or would the filter just fall out? (unless you use an adhesive filter of course)
