I am trying to make up my mind for this surgery, but I am quiet scared. I don't want to give up on bread, soda and my occasional beer with a cigar. I do not know if I can count and track my daily food intake either. Plus there are no valid studies available on the long term outcomes of such surgeries. What’s the difference between this surgery and the gastric sleeve and bypass surgery ?
