+E Gibson lol yeah. that was an interesting story. in 06 or 07 some girl backed into the front end of my car when i didnt have a crash bar because of my fmic. the core support took all the damage so i went to the junk yard, took a core support from a junked 240, tacked all all the spot welds and put the red one on. bolted it down and spot welded it. it works so whatever. lol.

Dude's a joke. The 240 he was supposed to learn to wrench on. Took the engine out, fitted a couple door cards, a steering wheel, and seats. Then had shop[s] do all the rest of the work, and claims he would have broken things. Which is BS. Even having the shop repair the block or head [whatever was wrong] he could still assemble an engine on a stand, with a rented piston ring compressor, valve spring compressor and a torque wrench. I diplomatically notified him that as a sub, I was disappointment and he deleted my comment. I laughed when he released that vid stating he lost 800 subs on top of the 2500 purge, I was one of them.

Lol. I never would've thought he made things like deleting comments, he always looks so super chilled.

California heat

My S13 has a cracked dash. It happened during the transition from winter to spring in cold ass Canodia one year.

spire107 Thankfully mine is uncracked but I try to be good about keeping it in the garage, or at least using a sun shade when parked.

+CompressorSurge mine was uncracked up until a year ago. we had a major heatwave and the paint shop my car was at left my car outside without the sunshade for a week. cracked after 10 years kf being garaged.

cracked dashes come from people using chemical products to clean it. just plain water and a rag will take you a long way. my friend's s13 still has his oem dash and it parks directly in the sun.

other than aesthetics, the s14 has updated suspension geometry, wider track and longer wheel base.
