Wish I could give this video a thumbs up every day after I do the exercise. Have had a bad back for several decades. A great Physical therapist finally got it in to “remission”, so to speak, but doing this exercise every day keeps my back in remission. The difference between paralyzing pain and no pain at all. This video has improved my quality of life tremendously. Thanks 🙏 again.
Beautifully done ~ you have the kind of grace n gentleness that I needed to see to help me to sloooooowwwwww down and take my time ~ I’ve committed to life for this, so definitely no rush, previously my undiagnosed severe adhd prevented me from sustaining a daily practice but now I’m on medication I can work towards coming off it 🙃 by replacing it with a solid daily yoga practice that I can sustain.
