Modifying a Quick Disconnect Antenna for a Motorola APX 6000 Series Radio | Disco32 Comms Adapters 

In today's video I am applying heat shrink on a quick disconnect adapter to my Motorola radio.
This modification reduces the visible surface shine of the adapter connected to the radio antenna.
I also show the benefits of the quick disconnect when mounted to a plate carrier.
