The DIY kings are at it again. Fantastic work and results. Love the B rolls you've included for the 70 Series. These little editing touches is what takes your episodes to the next level and utterly enjoyable to watch. Excellent work on the DIY. 👌👍
Another fab vid from you guys, bravo.👍👍👍 This is clearly and consistently the best and most realistic / practical 4X4 channel on RU-vid… No agendas, bulls**t or boring know it all loudmouths, just a bunch of clued up young bloke having fun and living the dream… Keep doing your thing 😎
Another epic episode guys! What sets you apart from similar channels is when you install a new mod, it's not just thank the sponser and bolt it on. You fabricate the brackets, you strip and fit your own wiring and you bring us along for the ride. It's just like any backyard build we could do ourselves and this is what makes this great content for like minded enthusiasts! Looking forward to seeing it back on the tracks! 🚙🤘
Awesome work guys! Going to ride mint! Only thing grieving me is the unpainted winch etc since you spent SO much time make the rest of the car look mint. Draws your eyes to it instead of seeing the beauty of the car as a whole (and shes bloody gorgeous!)
Do yourself a favour, dude. Put a few coats of liquid electrical tape on those fat cable connections for the winch. In my opinion, it's the best way to protect them from corrosion and accidental shorts. I think you guys are in the north Eastern suburbs so probably get it from jaycar in Eltham or ringwood.
Awsome video as always lads, that patrol is looking the shmick now, those toolboxes finish it off. That block and tackle set up youve got looks a handy piece of kit to have too. Keep up the good work boys
Great work guys, when you get a weekend free you might want to take the winch back out and give it a paint, shiny black would really look the part …..safe travels guys 🍺🍺
That grande winch, that's the first video that got me hooked on this channel when Liam was restoring it. 🤣 always loved every video since, so much progress since then, keep up the great work guys. Love everything you guys do. 🤙😁
I subscribed to you guys from the 1st episode of the gq build and i havent missed a video since. Absolutely love your videos, always so enjoyable and educational. Mad support for you guys, all the way from South Africa 🎉 keep it up
Love how this thing is coming along its an absolute weapon!, any chance of doing a full 12v setup video on the big 80 series? Would love too see whats actually in the big rig🔥🤟🏼
100% credit to you. The whole exterior now looks great, what's the word you youngens use "Mint" haha. Then you stepped inside, the internal dash top box just shone with excellence as well. You've earnt yourselves a beverage boys, Wealie.
reat vid boys loving the roadsafe black hawk products, let me know if you want a blackhawk fairlead cover and some soft shackles and a new winch rope roadsafe will come to the party
Your patrol is looking absolutely fantastic! Oh and I am so jealous of your winch, I can't find one anywhere here in decent condition and at a price that doesn't compare with a Ferrari spare wheel. 🤣🤣
man i started to watch your videos and i have a 1997 holden rodeo 2.8 turbo diesel 5 spd manual 4wd and i want to do the same thing but i want to keep it mostly original on the outer
VERY NICE! Do let us know the weight of the vehicle when you weigh it. It looks like you have kept the weight to a minimum with maximum off-road capability. Hit that sweet spot.
I did disconnect them in these clips but after a but more experimentation it seems the rear swaybar doesnt really limit articulation, the front does though
Great video. What's your view on brand new Utes as in manual v auto. We went to the 4WD adventure show yesterday looking at so many set ups. I was thinking manual but so many sales people were recommending go automatic. Thanks
The sales people probably never have driven a manual in their life they wouldn't know how one worked , I'd go manual your in control there stronger and easier to service and don't need transmission coolers , just don't tow in top gear 😉
Personally I'd take the PTO. The toolbox lid could have been 3" higher to fit bigger items. & I seriously think a modular canopy will have to be fitted Anyway Liam, not too shabby...... for a Patrol 😉
