7:15 I would switch the moving back and forth of the crane arm spot to being controlled via worm gear, that should keep it in place.

having a building under construction makes sense because of all the construction mini figs and cars etc.

I'd just like to say myself. I'm not a fan of these says. I do love the designs, but they're so overpriced that the average person can not afford them. Myself, it takes me months to save up just for one modular.
