Get ready to create your very own automata models using this set of 7 modular mechanical mechanisms.
They can be used as an education tool as they are or you can add your very own model to the top! All models can be connected and run together with ease.

● There are 7 mechanisms included in this set
1 - Bevel Gears or Right angled gears
2 - Flat face follower and cams
3 - Knife edged follower and cams
4 - Back and forth mechanism
5 - Crank shaft and arm
6 - Gear Reduction 16:1
7 - Direction Changer mechanism
various simple designs to add to your completed machines.
Each mechanisms requires 2 or 3 sheets of cutting material and aren't too hard to assemble.
● Files are in SVG or Lightburn format (I also have CorelDraw and Adobe Illustrator files which were too big for the download limit - Please email me after purchase if you would like these file formats)
● Sizes are 2.5mm, 3mm, 3.175mm or 1/8" and 4mm material (Please see the product image for an explanation about the cutting dimensions required)
● The finished size of the mechanism is 12cm tall by 10cm wide and 10cm deep at 2.5mm.
At 3mm it will be roughly 14.5cm x 12cm - at 1/8" it will be 15cmx13cm and at 4mm it will be around 19cmx16cm.
●There is also a tiny test cut file for each thickness. Please cut this first to make sure everything will work perfectly! It is small and quick to make.

●You are allowed to make and assemble these Mechanical sets without limit, especially if you are using them in schools as an educational tool.
●You are not allowed to sell your own model with my base design as it is on Etsy.
●You are allowed to sell your own model with my base design as it is on your own website, at markets, shops, stalls, privately etc.
●You are not allowed to sell my digital files as part of your own digital file. If you would like to incorporate my mechanism into your own digital files then you must purchase a digital license from Etsy.
