In the 60’s and 70’s I would go out of my way to go to a Moe Bandy dance. I wore out several pairs of boots dancing to his songs. He never disappointed and all these years later he still doesn’t! Took my wife to see him in Yorktown Texas last year and felt like I had been transported back in time. He’s the real deal as far as country singers go.
One of my favorite songs! I was thinking of my Daddy when Moe was singing it. My Daddy passed away at 50 yrs old and never got to see my baby brother grow up to be. Thank you Moe for that beautiful song and I always think about my Daddy when I hear that song.
This one is a tear jerker for me. It's hard to get through the second chorus and not think of my 26 yr old nephew that did die too young. Thank you for sharing the song. It is my favourite Moe Bandy song.
I can certainly understand where you're at.....I lost my youngest son 😢 😪 when he had just turned 30 years old.....I will Love and Miss him the rest of my life ❤ 🙏❤oxoxox oxoxox oxoxox
