As an Ajax fan it is sad to see him go, especially because I had the feeling we did not even see him at his 100% at the club. He has an insane amount of talent and all the physical attributes to be a top player. He is so strong, such a good kick, is so fast. The only issues I can see for him is becoming tactically dependent. At Ajax, he needed a bit of a free-role for him to really shine. I hoep he can either get that at West Ham or have him become more tactically involved. Either way, he has all the right attributes to become a world class player.
