Moist and Delicious Carrot Cake S1 Ep 24 

Hey Guys! We really hope you give this one a try!
Carrot Cake Recipe
--------------------------------
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1 1/4 Cup Melted butter
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
2 Tsp Baking Soda
Pinch of Salt
1 Cup White Sugar
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
2 Cups Flour
4 Eggs
5 Medium Carrots (shred and chop semi-fine)
Bake at 350*F for 45min (Until toothpick in the centre comes out clean)
Outside will be daily dark in colour, but not burnt.
Cream Cheese Icing
---------------------------------
1/2 Cup Cream Cheese
1/2 Cup White Sugar (Repeated twice in video text sorry)
Splash of Vanilla extract
1/4 Cup butter
