Hello sir i tried this recipe. The top of layer appeared to be perfect but from inside it it wasn't baked even after 40min at 170°C.plz can you tell what may gone wrong?😒

Note 170degrees is Celsius. 350 for Farenheit. My 15 yr old didn't know and messaged me upset that her cake wouldn't cook.

First time i baked cake by using hot water & hand whisk,but my cake didn't rise😢 as my sponge cake rises. I don't know y.

This is the best recipe I have ever tried. The quantity and ingredients mentioned are just perfect! Baked this cake around 10 times now and it has been perfect always! If you are using a microwave oven then just bake it for 5-6mins only (can stop in between and check if required) *depends on the temperature of your microwave too.

When your adding the water I would recommend putting it in small quantities so it wont be super hard to mix 💕

It should be noted the temperature for Fahrenheit should be 350 degrees. 175 degrees F is not hot enough to bake the cake and should also be cooked 25 - 30 minutes.

Check it out, I just made this with [real] monk fruit extract [powder], instead of sugar. I'm also using a chocolate bar sweeted with erythritol for the ganache. [!] It's probably gonna Suck ! 😃 I'm not keto or anything, I'm just challenging myself to make really good super-low/no sugar baked goodz. Plus I got this lil tub of monk fruit powder that'll go stale in a year-ish, so I wanna get my money's worth outta of it. I'm telling you people my life story over here. 🗣

Made this today and it’s sooo moist I was in disbelief!! I baked it at 145 degrees for 40-50 minutes so that it didn’t create a dome and it rose pretty well 🥰 thanks for the recipe! I wouldn’t really recommend it for high stacked cakes tho such as wedding cakes because it’s extremely moist & fragile (which is good 90% of the time) but for tall cakes the structure is just as important hehe.
