I grew up in the US in the 1970s on The Who, Zepplin, The Eagles, Elton John, etc. I first heard Moist by accident as a 30 year old in grad school and they became a favorite. I am now almost 60 and can't believe Moist Online only has 4.15K subs and I have never heard them on the radio. The music industry is crazy. At least I found Greta Van Fleet and the Black Pumas. How many other great bands have gone unnoticed?
this song is awesome! but sadly that I didn't even hear it on any Canadian Radio station in Toronto. great rock n' roll as always from Moist. Good opener last night and it was a great gig at the CNE bandshell. Can't wait to see you guys again hoping you play Leave it Alone nex time.
This life has become misguided through devious intentions and hidden agendas which are being demonstrated through social disharmony. The need for true direction supersedes all endeavours being pursued. When the will of man is orientated around conscious expansion shall the revolution of mankind commence. Through teaching freedom of self comes enrichment and true existence.

Canadian bands fall short of international acclaim because they don't flush out their choruses. They either throw in a refrain or they use a pre-chorus. In this song for instance the pre-chorus is being used as the chorus. Its lazy song writing and simply the hallmark of an amateur band. Most Canadians wonder why their Canadian talent never moves past the border. Now you know why. Learn to write proper songs. Any Berklee grad from the states will agree with me.
lol go listen to some rush, neil young, the guess who, the sheepdogs, sloan, the tea party, leonard cohen, gordon lightfoot, the tragically hip, bachman turner overdrive, steppenwolf, april wine, arcade fire, devin townsend, the band, sam roberts band, matthew good band, death from above 1979, half moon run, bryan adams, monster truck, and thats just the tip of the iceberg. dont generalize an entire county because of one song by one canadian band (its probably one of their worst songs as well, listen to the album 'silver' and tell me thats lazy songwriting).
Songs don't need to be formulaic to be good. There are plenty of bands worldwide who never reach acclaim that are immensely talented and plenty of bands that do while sorely lacking artistic substance.
