Mewing is the practice where one would stick their tongue to the roof of their mouth as an exercise to get a more defined jawline over time. It isn't instantaneous and is associated with being silent and stoic since yk, you gotta keep your tongue in place to get the effect. It is associated with the gigachad meme, though.
