I recently went to Kedarnath and after a mesmerizing trek, I did not feel anything up there at the temple, and while trekking down, I totally felt this song! Our deepest, purest inner being is our god! And everyone subconsciously accesses that from time to time. However, if we can access this with the conscious mind, our life will blissed!

Sadly people are not realising that all these temples and religious sites are a means to make free lunch. If you really want to seek god look around you. It's right there. In everything Right from the minutest microbes to the mighty himalyas. Then whom you are looking for? It's just a wordly shenanigan to prove i am a bigger devout than rest but the actual preacher is one who has content and love within and see this world as heaven and thing around it as god.

This band is in uk now. We love them such it's like meeting the real Indians finally. I go to India and the culture is disappearing into western society values. Nobody seems to be interested in promoting good writers lyricists. When I go to India I go looking for real India. You are feeling this because Kabir is God. So everyone will accept him because he is the only one who don't do mistakes. His every word have a huge impact on this world if we will start listening him but in present everyone is busy in collecting money which is waste. When you will be in front of God money will have no value which you have collected your whole life. I have proof that Kabir is God in our veda. He is the only one supreme God which we are searching. The brahma, vishnu and shiva are not God these are just working for kaal. And we worship them instead of Kabir because we think he was a saint. Thank you. I have been singing this song with my dada and dadi since I was a kid. We used to sing it in a different tune but still, it brings back memories so dear to me, Us singing it, then grandma giving us prasad of halwa and kheer. Somehow, it was never the same when grandpa passed away. Life caught me and its been a while I have sang this with her during her monthly prayer. Will do it this time.
