I am so happy to have discovered your channel a few months ago. I have been struggling with mold toxicity since the summer and you have helped me immensely. I am located in New York so it’s nice to have another East Coast gal!
@nicole I'm so sorry to hear you've been dealing with it for so long- I'm rooting for you! Also thank you so much for commenting- it helps get the word out- and I appreciate it!
@alicia thank you so much. You made my day!!! Also thanks for taking the time to leave a comment- it really helps the algorithm show the video to others! 🥰
Thanks for the clear explanation! I wondered why I was like this..sometimes I can even smell chemicals from the toilets at work. It’s so weird! Opening my drainage pathways has helped making sure I’m sweating, moving, drinking water but still working on it.
There's prob also mold in there! This happened at my work and the Admin told me the toilet had flooded in 2021 and showed me pictures of mold in there...
I have chemical sensitivity I'm living in a toxic area now I was in Prescott and that worked out but financially and now I'm in Dallas on Richmond Ave very toxic with EMF but the deal is not worth thicker than I've been looking for a safe possible alternative
I am in a situation where Ive had a severe mold exposure and its made me very sensitive and I cant seem to move into any place that doesnt have a problem because im so sensitive now. Im stuck in a place with some hidden mold and reacting terribly, my hair is falling out my lymph nodes ache, stomach sick, skin and eyes burning, red patches, headaches. Its a nightmare. I thought i would be free of it after the last 2 places. Anyhow its a complicated situation and I cant move and the place wont do anything because they cant see it. Everything youre saying is so true i just wish i could sto0 gwtting exposed so i could even work on detoxing
I'm so sorry to hear about your situation. I lived this... My husband and I are in our 6th home since our toxic mold exposure. It was incredibly hard to find any place where we weren't getting sick. I strongly recommend doing a carpet mold ERMI test before picking your next living place. Also, we threw away all of our belongings from the first toxic mold home. Definitely getting rid of furniture and porous belongings. Activated charcoal and bentonite clay can be helpful for dealing with toxic overload, but go slow with introducing anything, as mold detoxing is HARD. I'm not a doctor, so this isn't medical advice, just from my experience. I pray you can find the healing you need and a good doctor. You are definitely in the right place on this channel. This doctor is very mold literate. Richie Shoemaker and Jack Thrasher have excellent research articles on mold and mycotoxins that you may find helpful.
@Danika- Thanks so much! I know I might not be the most engaging speaker- so I'm always excited when people can follow my blabbing! Also thank you so much for commenting- it helps get the word out- and I appreciate it!

@@namename3139 I wish. I’m in the US. Yet it sounds like our extended families would get along perfectly! I can relate to it all from the maddening disregard of the people who are supposed to be the closest to you right down to the not being able to tolerate vehicles that are too hot any more. And feeling so stuck! We can be black sheep canaries in the coal mine together with the mantra that everything is working out for our highest and greatest good, even if we don’t know how just yet 🤗
Could I have been so affected from mold toxins if I had been in a small room with mould for only about 4 months? I developed sensitivity to diesel exhaust. 6 years later that sensitivity is much more extreme and now includes bleach (when it mixes with water, or mixes with other chemicals - the raw smell doesn't really affect me), unburnt petrochemical vapours (PAHs and benzene in heating oil and firelighters), and pthalates. While it's good to know which groups of chemicals to avoid, it's bloody difficult to actually do so. But why these particular chemicals? So many chemicals out there, yet it's these types of (volatile) organics that get me. I am unsure whether a trip to London (and a particularly polluted area of London) caused it, or a few months in a newly-renovated flat that had a history of damp (I did complain to my landlord about a 'damp' smell, but maybe it was an implacable discomfort about the air in the flat in general).
I was living with mold i lef the house almost 30 days. My question is does anyone have breathing issues becuse pulmonary cant find anything wrong with me.
@miguel I'm glad you were seen by your local pulmonologist to get a rule out of a more serious issue. Yes, it can be possible for breathing issues to develop when mold exposure- and often times mold exposed people will have normal pulmonary (breathing) function tests. For anyone reading- this is not medical advice- always be sure to work with your physician to get a rule out if important issues like asthma, COPD, cardiac issues and etc. Also thank you so much for commenting- it helps get the word out- and I appreciate it!.
@ruby good question. Allergy drops are working to desensitize to body to an allergen-- which should reduce histamine. Increased histamine load can potentially lead to increased reactivity-- SO while I consider MCS to be more of a toxic load issue-- it is possible that a reduction in histamine could help decrease intensity of chemical reaction (nearly everything can be linked to histamine!). As a disclaimer to anyone reading this- this is not medical advice. Also thank you so much for commenting- it helps get the word out- and I appreciate it!
Thank you so much for creating this channel. I havent been diagnosed yet, i asked my doctor and she said there was no test for mold. Im at a loss, i almost feel like im dying a little. For about 3 months Ive been getting headaches and pressure feelings in my face, my eyes droop on both sides and I have weakness and confusion and a few times have lost control of my bladder. My chest hurts and it feels like i cant catch my breath. My office at work collapsed last year, they cleaned it up and shampooed my carpet and i dont see visible mold anywhere. Any suggestions?
