Her appearance on one of those ancestry shows was insanely powerful. She got to meet a ton of relatives she never knew she had in Ireland. Put her book on hold at the library!

This is for anyone who has a comment about Carson’s weight: 1. CONFUSINGLY off topic. 2. He’s no spring chicken. Many people gain weight when they age. 3. People who have gained weight KNOW, and don’t need to be reminded. 4. He may be sick or taking medication that causes weight gain. 5. It’s not really our business. Please be kind. ☮️

I grew up with Carson on MTV. I have not seen him in a long time and I gotta tell you, it is shocking. But you're right, it's none of our business. I hope he's okay. But still, I was shocked. Just now. Watching that. Because he just looks wildly different.

I lost my father at 2 and a half years old (1954). My mother never remarried and she passed away 26 years ago. When you have good parents, you miss them forever. By the way, I love Molly!

That was amazing. I had no idea about her childhood trauma and very much appreciate her sharing her story. I am struggling to find my way in life after the devastating loss of my son. I love her gratitude for the time she had with her mother. That is the same way I find comfort during times of sorrow. Thank you Molly.

I love Molly Shannon, there’s so much about her that’s so great. She just found out she has family in Ireland and she now knows her heritage. She is an amazing person and she always finds the better things in life and in people. She is hilarious and I hope she never loses that. What a remarkable beautiful woman and person she is. I heard her on NPR and of course she's everywhere now because she's selling a book but if it's true what she says and she really does feel this way she really needs to move on which she's never done but that's sad but I know someone very well who lost a daughter when the kid was only like 2 years old and was strangled in some drape cords of course she has that guilt and she's never gotten over it and it's been 25 years and it's just ruined her life. Molly Shannon seems to have been more successful I'll be it still very much not moved on from that event.
