Hi Linna, I'm Diane from Rhode Island, USA. I just wanted to reach out to let you know how much I admire your RU-vid channel. Watching you cook is truly inspiring, and I ended up buying an egg roll pan because of you-what a game changer! Your dedication to teaching English is amazing, especially in today's world where being multilingual is so important. Thank you for sharing the beauty of Japan with us. It's truly captivating.
Hi Linna! One question I always have when watching Asian home food shopping is why have I never seen them buy rice? Do people typically have it delivered to their home? Also, I don't see Japanese or Koreans eating brown rice (for their health). But I tried a Japanese brand of brown rice (Nishiki) and found it excessively chewy, so maybe that's why! Or are they concerned about increased arsenic in brown rice? It's always a pleasure to watch you and your family. 🙂
Hi Linna! I’m so excited to catch up on your videos! I was so busy - I got married last weekend! There was so much to do but I’m excited to relax and watch my favorite RU-vidr! We are hoping to save up and take our honeymoon in Japan 😁
Hi Linna, I too enjoy meeting up with my friends, for a coffee or lunch, then go shopping. We usually meet up once a month, after I get paid! lol! Where you went shopping reminds me of a garden centre we go to, which sells almost everything, a part from groceries. When you went through the snack aisle, reminded me of the last time I went to Tokyo, fell in love with your melon and strawberry flavoured Kit Kats! They only sell milk and white chocolate ones. Also, love your cakes! So light and airy! Again, thank you for taking us a long with you, thoroughly enjoyed it as usual!
Ich danke dir so sehr für deine Videos, für die schönen Gefühle die sie mir geben, und die Inspirationen, wenn ich sie anschaue ist es wie Meditation für mich ,mach so weiter und alles gute für dich und deine Familie ❤
Hi Linna ! I know I haven't commented for awhile. I had to go to my Mom's for a month. Her hands dont work right anymore and she has to walk with a walker. Her doctor had her get copper compression gloves here recently. I am hoping it will help her hands out. I had a lot to do when I came back home too. Working at getting caught up on your videos.💜 I love to go shopping with you to grocery store and Kaldi and Daiso and drugstore and Muji . And it's fun going out to eat and traveling with you and your family. And I love to watch you cook delicious meals for your family and any other content you share with us - your subscribers. Have a Happy Weekend! Your boys are too cute when they are funny and laughing. Makes me laugh.😂
I enjoy watching your Vlogs. Your food always looks delicious. I’m Nigerian and I find other countrys/ cultures food weird looking and seemingly unappetizing, but your cooking always looks good and sumptuous. Other Japanese vlogs I watch just eat mostly rice😅love the variety of yours and love that you and your family eat lots of veggies. Love from Nigeria ❤
As always a wonderful vlog. I think that’s the first time I’ve seen you buy lamb, I’d have been interested to see how you cooked it. That vessel for drying your umbrella is a genius idea, I’ve never seen that before. Thank you for sharing a part of your life
I get so many cooking/recipe ideas from your channel. I shall be trying kale with quinoa now, was always stuck for ideas on what to do with kale 😅. Keep up the good work you do 💪
I have some UV arm covers and somehow they feel cool to the skin. Every time I see kale, I'm reminded of a traditional Ditch winter dish called boerenkool. It's cooked kale mashed through cooked potatoes to vreate something me call stamppot (which means cegetables mashed with potato). I don't like it 😅so I never had raw kale either.
Wow, I am always surprised by how different food prices are in the USA compared to Japan. You all pay more for fruit and meats whereas vegetables and spices cost more here unless you’re near the Central Valley in California where vegetables are less expensive.
Hi Linna! I really enjoy watching your videos and I absolutely love every single one. Just a quick question. What're your thoughts which grocery store is the best option for doing your daily shopping?
Hi Linna, first off,how did you not buy the whale dishes? They were great.I also like your feet in your flat front pumps ,they make your legs very elegant.Got to say it though you make quick work of the extractor fan, I hate cleaning that thing.how you getting on with the Vitamix please? Would you recommend? Last thing, try the crassont with mayo, cheese and tomato, makes a nice sandwich. Love to you all.x
Hi, your cooking looks good and tasty. It's better than the restaurants' food plates that you spend time with your Mom's friends. Did you get a full stomach after eating the restaurant meals? Your cooking on the table is a nice small buffet. There was a variety of food. Your family can get a second serving . Yes, your dishes were simple, but they were healthy, and they looked delicious . Your smoothies look delicious, too. SUPER MOM, it's a hard challenge to children eat their vegetables. I am a Mom, too. So I know how it feels . When you try the spinach, use the old cartoon, POPEYE THE SAILOR MAN. You know the SAILOR who gets strong when he eats a can of spinach, then he beats up his bullies, especially his rival, BLUTO. His girlfriend is Olivia or something. I know it begins with a letter O. PLEASE google the information. I use it for my kid, now she loves it . Keep up the good work, and have a blessed day/week.
Another wonderful and very wholesome video, with very funny children. That homecooked meal at the end with the cold dishes looked so good. If I could reach through my computer screen to grab some of that, I would. LOOKS SO GOOD!! Also, I had some fun earlier in the video. "Japanese Yum." Yes, that is a Japanese yum. It is very yummy. "Japanese Yam" Hey, I thought that was a yum. I swear, sometimes my mind is still like I am 10. I am easily amused. *hugs* Have a wonderful rest of your week.
Why don’t you address your children as my son k or my son s, the kid seems really strange to me in a sentence. I know it’s probably cultural but it seems weird 😊
Hello Linna , i hope you are doing finr. Soory i was busy and has no time to put a comment . As usual i am enjoying very much your video and i live the didhes whale, i would certainly buy some if i was there. Take care you and your men and have a nice Sunday 💮💮
