It doesn’t get in there even if sand blows around a little. Side are about 8in. Tall. Fill a bucket with water to wash your feet off before entering and it stays sand free.
Baby powder. My sister lived in Virginia Beach for a decade at least and her favorite sand free hack is baby powder. Just got done walking on the beach and your feet are sandy? Apply some baby powder and all the sand falls off effortlessly.

So we used baby powder when our kids were little and it works to remove some sand enough to put your shoes on, but not all. And it doesn't work on wet sandy feet only if they're dry. Ik we live at the beach and have tried everything lol
We love in San Diego and this hack has been a life saver! Gets same off of hands so they can eat and we use it when we are done before getting in the car. Gets most of the same off without having to scrub and the kids smell good too 😂
@@rosameijering5161 place a fitted sheet upside down and use coolers and bags (bucket/bag with sand works well) as corner supports, the walls will stay up! Use a towel as an entry with a shallow bin for sand rinsing.
When there no wind . Our beach is windy af , so much so that most people have kites tied to their sections and they stay in the air for hours and hours.

I think it's brought in by trucks. It was like that in Mexico too. I had never seen sand like that. That's not a white sand beach. White sand beach is like regular sand but white. That feels like quicksand actually. I don't like it.
This would not stay sand free with my kids lol they absolutely love the beach and swimming in the sea. They swim and then they roll in the sand 😂😂 they get head to toe covered
I ❤ this. Sure u'll still have sand but it comes w/ the territory ppl. I like the raised sides which will keep out more sand than a plain flat sheet/towel.
I love someone with OCD so I understand but I can’t go to the beach and not enjoy the sand. I also grew up eating sand in my sandwiches, being tossed in waves like a washing machine and being close to (petting or swimming with) marine life. My childhood dream job was a marine biologist. Till I found out some details…anyway my point is sometimes you have to dive in and sometimes you have to tiptoe. Whatever works for you is fine just don’t stay in one zone all the time or you miss out.
You can bring four Ziploc zippered sandwich bags full of uncooked rice too. So it's ready when you get there and you don't have to waste time digging sand bags. Sometimes prepping so much for beach and park picnic set ups takes the fun & energy out of it. Just toss down on each corner and go.🏆.
As a dad of three, there’s zero chance that thing is staying sand free 🤣 whether it’s shovels spray sand as they dig, or kids who have sand up to their eyeballs and jump in. I bet it stays clean for about 10 minutes tops.
Like the idea, but the point of the beach is the sand and trust me, hand will get in there, but really, this will take out the fun of going to the beach
That's a great product but it would be even better with a pop up shade over it,for babies and small children for a nap or eating snacks,and people like me that burn so quickly 😜 in the 🌞
Yeah sand definitely doesn't blow in the wind and people definitely never get sand on their feet. "sand free" these paid for, but undisclosed, adverts are the pain of short form video.
