MOM OF 11 MORNING ROUTINE 

Please ignore if you have tried this,but I get terrible migraines at weather changes, among other triggers. I had tried everything from a dark room to essential oils, and nothing worked. I finally had, had enough, I went to my Dr. She prescribed sumatriptan, and it was a miracle. I take it as soon as possible and it takes my headache away. I hope this helps.

I just saw at my local grocery store monkey bread cinnamon rolls. So they're like cinnamon rolls but you cook them in that round pan.

Anytime we went on vacation, each child had there own suitcase. Mom would leave an empty laundry basket by our door for when we returned home. The minute we walked in the house, everyone opened there suitcase and put any dirty laundry in the empty basket. Dirty laundry in the suitcase was wrapped in a plastic bag. Everything else got put away and Dad took the suitcases to the attic. In the morning each kid took turns with mom to wash there clothes. Once washed the clothes went out to the clothes line. By late afternoon everything was dry and each kid took there clean clothes to there room to be put away. Everyone one in the family helped with the task. Just a great skill to learn at a young age. Breakfast we all had a week of meal prep with mom so we rotated throughout the month. Teaches great skills we can use later in life. Before breakfast the other children did there chores, whether to feed the animals, walk the dog, clean the cat box, sweep the floor, put laundry in the washer, take the trash out, take the compost to the compost pile, make your bed, tidy up your room. The child who finished the chores first help set the table for breakfast. We always sat down together as a family and discussed the plans for the rest of the day. Two of the kids and mom would clean up breakfast and do the dishes. and put them away. Children need a protein filled breakfast rather than a sugar carb rush. Those poor kids are going to eat and crash by mid morning from all that sugar.

Hey Alicia, I am so sorry you suffer with migraine, I know you have tried many things, I saw in a comment about trying sumatriptian it does help me alot to get rid of a bad episode. I know you have said before you have endo and I do aswell as pcos and adenmyosis and i just saw this fabulous gynocologist who says mine are hormone related so i have a mirena IUD and started a combined oral contraceptive a few weeks ago and ive gone from chronic to only having a mild headache somtimes that just goes away. Im not saying thats what you have but he told me having endo and other things of the like can REALLY play havoc with the intensity of migraine. Omg I was in so much pain I had to quit my job for the last two years, i dont wish that on anyone. You are a busy hard working Mom I feel for you. I hope you find relief. ALSO i should add ive been under a neurologist headache specialist for more than two years and she did not pick up on this, so always get second or third opinions...I learnt that the hard way! 😅

People puppy chow is yummy, too. You should try using crisco, butter or olive oil to grease the pans, and waffle makers, and anything else you use the cooking spray for. Then, a little bit of flour in the pan to coat so stuff doesn’t stick. It’s a LOT healthier than using the cooking spray, because it’s just chemicals, and could be a contributing factor for your headaches
