F* s* I sardine with my child for the past 5years and secretly love it but feeling guilty and thinking I will doom him to being so dependant, not moving out until 35...Listening to you...makes so much sence - who says kiss kiss good bye is the only correct way, maybe our way is the best way, maybe some other fish is the right way... as long as we are happy, our children feel the love and support and kiss kiss good bye will come naturally when they are ready. Just remember that land and animals and garden are more WORK. You guys already sound maxed out and if I wasn't a stay at home, there is no way our garden would be alive or our animals lol, it's so much work and we have less than an acre.
For 1.5 million you could get a mansion on a 5 acre lot here in Indiana. Love our 4 seasons, but California’s weather is much more beautiful. You guys will find the right spot!
I’m with y’all, crammed in between my kiddos until they fall asleep😅. And while I’m laying there, I think about how other parents are able to train their kids to fall asleep on their own, definitely witchcraft lol

Yay! So excited to see a vlog again, been watching since your wedding planning videos! You guys should look into Hawaii! My husband and I moved to the Big Island (East side) in 2020. While prices are slightly higher now they are way more affordable than CA. We bought our 3 bedroom 2 bath 6 acre home for 327k. It’s definitely a slower pace out here so as long as you’re good with that it’s a great place to live! 😊 Also who are these magical parents that put there kids to bed so easily! We still room share with our 19 month old and while he goes down easy some nights staying down is the hard part. 🤦🏻♀️ My son also rips down the laundry so you’re not alone there. 🤣 We only have 1 but we quickly learned there’s a difference between expectations before kids and realities after kids 😂
I have been following you guys since the beginning and still no house bought? I have already bought 2 in California. By now it’s triple the price of a Average home here, hope you settle in and have the home you want to buy specially for the children stability.
Hello, I'm in Idaho. 😊 love it here. Its good weather. Can be cold snowy and rainy. Summer can be hot. Spring and fall is really nice. Seems like winter can be so different from year to year. Right now seems like homes are 4k and up. Depending on the area. Its a good place to be. But it is getting pretty crowded. 😁
My husband and I were both born and raised in Idaho and moved as soon as we could because it’s WAY too cold. 😅 Even living there our whole lives we never got used to the horrible winters.
I am glad you are back! I missed your videos! I have been watching since you were pregnant with Annabelle and we were pregnant around the same time with girls. My husband and I would love to work from home and have our own business someday but I have no idea how to start. We have been thinking of starting up a you tube channel first. We also want the freedom to be able to move, we have lived in Ohio our whole lives. The cost of living isn't too bad here you can get a really nice house for around $300,000 but the cost of renting is going way up. It used to be around $800 per month for a two bedroom apt now it is over $1000. I have no idea where we will end up but I would like to have land and be away from major cities.
Isn’t renting more than a house payment. A house like ours near us is $2,300 a month to rent. Our house payment is like a third of that! We did put down a hefty down payment, but even if we didn’t, it would even be near that much-not even half.

I’m dying because I do the exact same thing in our huge vehicle (climb in the backseat and buckle all 3 kids in with the doors locked as I sit on the empty seat) 😂
