Hi Kaylie. I don't know if this would help Isla or not but, I saw that Vicks Vapor Rub helps with what Isla has that makes her itch. Maybe you have already tried it. My brother and his wife built a house in Kissimmee, and less than a year after moving in they had to have all the tiles on the first floor replaced because the tiles keep popping up.
