Mom's Prayer Journal 

Bless you, and bless her! This was so beautiful. I don’t have a grandmother to teach me prayer but this felt like that for 12 minutes. Thank you 🙏🏼💗

Today is April 8 2024 and just found you a couple of weeks ago. It came up in my feed. Today i subscribed even though i know she is in heaven but i love her and am learning from her. She has great ideas on how to have an effective Q T (quiet time).

Of all the youtube videos out there on Prayer Journaling, I find myself coming back to this one over and over. So simple but so very effective. Thank you.

I see many years have passed since this was made, but today I have been feeling lead to make a prayer journal. This came up on RU-vid. I watched it and what a blessing it was to hear this precious woman of God explain her prayer journal. I plan on implementing many of her suggestions. What a blessing this waa to me.

My grandparents were our family's and their church's prayer warriors. I keep asking God to make me like my Grandmother, now that she's gone. The world is slowly losing their old saints. Someone needs to fill the gap...

Oh my!! I could listen to this precious lady for hours! I was so blessed by her wisdom, kindness, and humility. I love the way she described her Bible reading and prayer journaling. Such an inspiration. I pray that God will bless her greatly, and I know he is doing that already! Thank you so much, Mrs. Edith!! I also was so touched that she prayed for me. I really needed that. I have been somewhat discouraged all day.

I scrolled through many videos and chose to watch this because I knew she’d be an encouragement to start a prayer journal. I wasn’t sure how to start one, I know what to do now. I have a little binder like hers so I’ll use that. You can tell she said many many prayers.

I have for years done Bible journaling. I have been seeing lots of videos about prayer binders and prayer journals and now that I am much older and a grandmother of 4 I think this is just what I need to remember who to pray for and keep up with my prayers. I have been taking in every one idea so I can make my own. I love her paper clip 📎 idea. I am an artist so of course I want to add that to mine. Thanks for sharing this video.. God bless ❤

Thank you for sharing your precious, precious mother with us! So far this evening I have watched 3 or 4 "how to make a prayer journal" videos and they were entertaining and quite artistic. This is my last stop, however, because Mrs. Edith's prayer journal is EXACTLY what I need. Just get a calendar and some paper clips and I am all set! I am now even more excited to get this going than I was previously. I have bookmarked all three of her videos to share with our prayer group. Thank you again!! Um...I will confess though that I will buy cute paper clips to put in my new journal!! Thank you for praying for us.

This was 9 years ago. I'm now 71 yrs old, retired, on a very fixed SSI income. Journals are so ridiculously expensive so I decided to make my own for a fraction of the cost. I sell them in local Flea Markets and I have so many of the same customers over the years and it's so important to be able to journal my thoughts, my bible studies, my prayers, and I date in red ink when God has answered my prayers. I will absolutely implement this sweet lady's Journaling system. It's absolutely perfect! She is awesome. Has she done more tutorials on Journaling? Does anyone know? God bless her. She's awesome and her prayers are intentional.

I love her simple journaling, I get caught up in setting up the layout and then abandon. I have a renewed perspective of organizing and staying focused on what is important in my prayer time, with out being all over the place 😌❤️ you have blessed me, more than you know 🤗

This is so precious! I'm so glad I came by this video. Yesterday I went to visit my grandma, she's 91 years old and suffers from dementia. Unfortunately she can barely recognise me and her speech is incoherent. I'm therefore not able to have conversations with her. And as I thank God that she's still here with us, I thank God for you Edith.That you now are a grandma to many who would love to have one or two! absolutely what a beautiful blessing. I am sharing this with my 82 yr old mother. She sits with the sick all the time an very involved in church however I think at their age some times they wonder what purpose they have left. PLEASE TELL YOUR MOTHER how thankful I am for real Faithful prayer warriors like her. If not for ones like her A LOT of us would not be where we are. Thank You so much. I want to make my mother one.

This is the best prayer journal video out there! It's not pretty, or expensive but it works and you cam tell it is used! What an amazing woman of God. I have just watched her other video's and they are just as good. Praise You Lord for blessing us all with wise teaching from this lovely lady. X

Thank you so very much for sharing this!!! I've walked with Jesus for 21 years and have never been able to set up a prayer list to my satisfaction. It came to me to check RU-vid (I am saddened by so many who are concerned with making their Bible and Prayer Journals an "Arts and Crafts" job, rather than embracing simplicity and just STUDYING AND PRAYING....). I watched this and my heart said, "it is THIS ONE!!!" If, by using such a journal as I pray before the Lord, and can attain HALF the inner beauty, peace and joy of this dear and sweet woman, then I know I'd chosen correctly. Thank you so much again. I could listen to this sweet lady’s voice forever! I am about to set up my Prayer Journal binder and prayer calendar. So many simple and practical ideas here. I’m retired now, and can use my time as I see fit. With so many in need of prayer, including myself, what more important purpose and use of my time could there be? What a sweet lady, so devoted to the Lord and prayer! I want to be like this someday, faithful in prayer! She reminds me of my late Grandma, who passed away 7 years ago. She was so devoted to her family, and continuously praying for others in Jesus name!
