I really hope Scrim finds his way through this maze he's going through full of dead ends. I wish he knew how loved he is by his family, friends and fans the last song really makes me think 'Is he really going to end it?' it's a horrible thought but it worries me I've been listening for a long, long time and every moment in my life I've always had the boys I just hope things don't end like this. It's such a silly thing to think but you just can't help wonder. No matter what tho I'll forever love them and the art they've created and the people they've helped along the way.

I knew she would like all of them ! I watched the Twitch stream and I was really happy that she liked Bleach; the fact that she dislikes Forget It bc of the autotune makes sense, we all have songs we don't really like (I prefer Forget It over 5 Grand at 8 to 1). I agree that these songs can "save lives" in a sense that it won't resolve your problems, but at least it's there to keep you company, feel understood, etc. They don't have to be happy or have good morals to be "saving people", I think that as long as people feel heard, it really helps them, if you understand them it's better but it's okay if you don't, you can't always understand everyone and sometimes you need to experience it yourself to really understand it (empiricism). $B can be relatable, so you feel understood, and it can be enough for you to stay just a little bit longer. Also, I wonder what AMV you're gonna have Mom react to next week, and if you do use T R A S H or IDLEGLANCE videos ! Anyway thanks for the 3 songs, I can't wait for the songs you didn't react to yet (I'm just waiting for If Self Destruction was an Olympic Event, I'd be Tonya Harding !!!).

Life is but a stream. That likely has multiple meanings. But Knowing Ruby and Scrim, I’d say that likely means that life is short and WILL come to an end. It also could easily mean that the stuff(memories) you put in the beginning or middle of the stream(your life) will eventually wind up at the end of the stream(end of your life). When your on your death bed or near the end of your life, many memories and mistakes you’ve made in your life, both good and bad, will come back to you. Things that you blocked out, avoided, or ran from your whole life, can come back to you in the end and you’ll kinda be forced to face those memories. It probably does mean that life just keeps flowing too though, even after some of us reach the end. Personally, I like to think that “life is but a stream” , means all of the above. But who knows exactly how Ruby and Scrim meant it, or what meaning it has to them. Some of the topics in the album, like Scrim having regrets about his family, does make me think my second guess about the meaning of the title is partially correct.

THIS SONG MAKES ME WANT TO BLOW THE SPEAKERS OUT OF MY CAR. So deep and such a penetrating song, it’s hard for me to believe I never liked Suicide Boys.

The last part of not in service is less sad and more melancholy. I have a hard time hearing it without tearing up

theres a real bittersweetness to that last track, both the verses just putting it all on the table about their mental health struggles and trying to cope with their lives (and how disillusioned they are to the fame and all), and then ended on a message of "no matter how hard it gets, you keep going because thats all you can do", it hits like a truck honestly when you get into that mindset like, "yeah, everythings bad/difficult, i have no desire to keep going and cannot see happiness, but i will keep marching" yknow? it spoke to me, im in a place like that a lot, so im really glad the boys used their platform this way

I take it as how everyone streams everything and how we’re gonna be streaming things for the rest of our lives staring at screens. The only contact we have with the boys is through STREAMing their music. Their life is but a stream.
