Alisia Hi, I've been watching since you started your channel. Only on my TV, so I couldn't comment. Now I have an IPad & can. I love you all ! Love the triplets, but Gemma she's # 1, I'm team Gemma ! However the triplets are adorable ! I think Ro Ro looks like his Daddy, Reesie Reece looks just like your Dad, Derik, & Wren looks like Cara. I also have a 40 yr old cousin who looked exactly like Wren as a baby. If I could show you her baby photo, you'd be amazed ! You're 4 children are beautiful ! I think you & Cara are great parents, both of you are so mellow with you're children. And I love how your both people of great faith, kids need that. And I have to admit, when you told you were in Utah, I was intrigued from the get go, because I lived in South Jordan for 2 years, & loved living there, & loved the mountains. Every time you're outside, or go places I get to see Utah again, it's one of the most beautiful places in the world ! You'll be missing Cara, Gemma, & Ro Ro. But you've got Reesie & Wren to keep you busy. You asked for recipes, so I'm going to write you a recipe. I don't know if you'll even read this comment, but if you do Derik, you will love this easy recipe, & it's the Bomb delicious ! Everyone will ask you to make it for them again & again ! It's called - Pizza Chicken. You'll need 4 to 6 chicken breasts, maybe 8 because your a big guy ! You'll need a package of Pepperoni's slices, found in the lunch meats section. You'll need a large jar & a half of another jar of your favorite spaghetti sauce / marinara sauce. And you'll need a 8oz. Pkg, of shredded mozzarella cheese, & a 8oz Pkg of shredded cheddar cheese. And you'll need a slow cooker crock pot. Now take your crock pot & place the chicken breast in it, you can use frozen but it will take a little longer to cook, so better if they're thawed. Pour your favorite flavor of Spaghetti sauce over the chicken breasts, one jar & half of a second jar over the chicken breasts, sprinkle with the Pepperoni's. You won't need a whole package, but sprinkle enough over the sauce. Cook on low for 8 hrs, or high for 4 hrs. During the last hour sprinkle both kinds of cheese to cover over the chicken & sauce. After 4 hours it should be done & tender, if your fork goes through the chicken & it's tender it's done. You can serve it with a salad, garlic bread if you like, French fries or baked potatoes, & any vegetable you like if not having salad. You won't believe how delicious it is & neither will Cara, she'll be impressed & want to marry you all over again ! If you can put those 4 ingredients in a slow cooker, it's the easiest recipe to make, & guaranteed to turn out great ! If you see my comment & plan to try this recipe, please comment to back to me. Not the most healthy, but spaghetti is pretty easy! Baked chicken is easy and you can make that with green beans and a potato. Or when in doubt just make avocado toast every night 🤣🤣🤣

when u have small toddlers like you do, i found its way easier for the little ones to get spaghetti but instead of spaghetti noodles . use macaroni noodles easier for them to eat

Derek you always do a great job with the kiddos! Enjoy your time with your girls. My son always makes turkey meatballs, with riced cauliflower and sauce. Put the meatballs in the sauce and season to taste and let simmer about 15 min. Remember you want cooked frozen ones. Then you can buy the microwave riced cauliflower prepare it and put your sauce and meatballs over your riced cauliflower. Then you have a great meal with all your food groups!! This is his go to meal to make when I am not home. If he can do it so can you.😊👊😊👊😊👊😊👊😊👊

I don’t know how to name this salad… But… It has quinoa, bell peppers, chickpeas, parsley, and a dressing made with lemon juice, garlic, and olive oil. :-) It is such a good meal. :-)
