My mom doesn't get it all moms think " oh well ur not gonna use it u know that u don't need those pens u can buy cheap notebooks " they don't understand we are gonna use that stuff more then the ugly ones 💀💀💀I can't my mom returned them but good thing my dad bought me them again
My dad will also, my mom is a little different though. If it’s for school then she will let me chose what I want and good quality however that is the only time she doesn’t care if it is cheap.
My mom: Oh look! What a cute binder it’s your favorite color, sage green! And I saw these on Pinterest! They’re so cute you should get them. Me: Ok! Shopping with dad: Ok so I’m gonna be looking at the socks right here so you go get EVERYTHING you need and if your missing some few things were shopping a little online :) Ik my parents are the best ❤️❤️❤️
I mean he does have a point too because the moment she would hear sale she would be on with it😂😂 and did anyone notice that his mom had both sets in the cart😂😂😂.
It’s the exact opposite for me lol. I’m a artist, and so my mom likes to get me nice pencils/colored pencils, and highlighters, when my dad on the other hand thinks the cheap kind is just as good. Which I totally agree with, it’s just, pulling fancy highlighters out on the first day of school raises your confidence up but like 50% 😌
that part tho 😂, me and my mom be going out and buying stuff it’s either we hide it and say we been had it or we come up with something and stick to it to tell my dad 😭
I just love how she said “DAAAAAANG IT!” 😂😂 Edit: I'm not editing to thank for likes, I don't even remember making this comment and it's been one year already lol time flies
Nah because the dads are always like “well you need them don’t you?” like yeah but there is cheaper ones that do BaSiCaLlY the same thing. dads js be like that and i love it 😂
Literally my mom💀 but now that im working and going to college, i now know why being cheap with supplies is the way to go when you are struggling financially
Then there’s my mom she goes to dollerama and spends over $60 every time :) then my dad doesn’t get me sh*t I ask him for something or say I need something he says “oh cool you should see if your mom can get u that :)” *my parents are divorced*
Hahahaha!! This so reminds me of my dad! We’ve always been super close, so when I first moved out, he’s drive the 60 miles one way to visit me almost every weekend, and he’d take me grocery shopping. Before that, I had never seen him grocery shop before. My mom always did it growing up. So we went to the store, and it took him all of 15 minutes to get everything I could possibly need at a ridiculously good price. As we walked out of the store I told him, “You are really good at grocery shopping! How did I not know that?” He looks at me, smirks, and says, “Just don’t tell your mother.” We about died laughing! He’s the best!
THIS IS WAY TOO ACCURATE! I asked my dad this time if there is a budget for my school supplies because I’m going to 8 grade this year, and said there’s no budget. Lol
For me opposite I was buying school supplies yesterday. Well adding them to the cart and my mom was like OK that’s OK. But she has a little skeptical of the backpack.
My mum bought me £52 worth of school supplies ready for secondary school 😂 •sticky notes •washi tape (ok I only got that bc it was cute 20 rolls btw) •mini notepads •blue pens •black gel pens •purple pens •pencils •pencil case And I’m not allowed to use it until secondary school in SEPTEMBER 😂
