... some Jiffy Pop Popcorn on the new campfire ..!... 1ST time ive seen someone attempt that method of extracting a broken plug ? rember hearing they would use cold chisels to remove stubborn flatheads though !

You should have used the Bobcat forks to pull the old rim out. It would have been a lot less work.
