He jabbered at the reporters, mocking the one who tried to ask a question and laughing at her. Unacceptable behavior. But the reporters ahouting over each other showed very little respect for the president or his guest. That's embarrassing on both counts.
Trump used to get that all time, but he would handle it by pointing at each reporter and have them ask questions one by one. That's how a real leader takes control.

Because he is willing to stand up and get on the podium and address the nation AND take questions from the media. I dislike all the reporters shouting questions over eachother (they know Biden isn't going to answer any of them) while Bidens staff is yelling at them to leave. What a chaotic mess.
If he held unscripted press conferences they wouldn’t need to shout questions. And him acting as he did with the head of NATO whom he called pal, sitting next to him is childish.

Watch the video again. They're only shouting because his staffers immediately rush in (every time) and start screaming "THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THIS WAY, THIS WAY, THANK YOUUU" .... So the reporters are trying to do their jobs but are escorted out immediately by shouting staff members.
