i move very very fast also. i just dont like to join tournaments. im 100% i can beat any player lee chong wei or zhi jia or anybody anytime anyplace. god willing.

an Indonesian badminton player was salty that he didn't get into the BWF Hall of Fame but Chong Wei did. He argues that he won a gold medal while LCW only has silvers. Although the same guy have lower winning rate at around 79% with 551 matches while LCW have 84% winning rate from 800+ matches.
The most phenomenal Lee Chong Wei's comeback was at the Malaysian Badminton Open in Kuching (Year ?). He was up against the legendary Lin Dan. The game stretched into the rubber set when Lee Chong Wei mounted the most unbelievable comeback in badminton. My memory is a little bit fading but Lin Dan only had one point to seal the game while Lee Chong Wei was trailing by 10 points (I need to be corrected on that). But against all odds and I mean ALL ODDS, Lee Chong Wei won the rubber game triumphantly. It was the sweetest science in badminton. Anybody who is a badminton fan will not forget that.

That rally from 3:17 was everything. LCW's fluidic movements captured through that angle combined with the sound of burst mode pictures taken by the cameras, aah what a mood!!
After Datuk LCW retired from badminton, Malaysians waited patiently for over a year hoping that a player that brought so much enjoyment to the world of badminton will appear from the wings and continue with his legacy. No, none has reached his level - not even from the other countries.

LCW dominated for 10 years straight. Viktor only dominate for like 2 years, Viktor still need to win consistenly for another 8 years in a row to reach LD and LCW level. So yeah I dont think viktor is good. He's 8 years behind in term of consistency.
He is among the best ever...including LD and Taufik. Once upon a time, there were Misbun, Yang Yang, Zhao Jinhua, Icuk Sugiarto and Prakash Padukone...
He can toy almost every body. Only lindan and chen long can be his rival. And only lee chong wei beat prime lindan, other player dont stand a chance against prime lindan. But lindan is still a little stronger than lee chong wei. But lee chong wei have more stable performance until the end of his career, he just unlucky didnt get that much big tittle because lindan is always become everyone big obstacle to win big tournament.
As the rules of badminton have changed, so has the archetype of top players. The modern perfect player has to be big and strong. Future champions will be more like Axelson than LCW/LD.

Top rangking skrg bukan pesaing lcw tapi mereka semua adalah makan lcw. Itu semua just training dia untuk pergi olympic dan jumpa china yg dia badi di final every year. Badi atlet itu biasa. Dia sudah di tahap yg terbaik. Master piece lcw
4:50 i think he mad that the opponent trying to make the rally longer than it should be.. he give him many chance to close or try to close but instead the opponent decide to give a slow long ball
Lin Dan had stronger attack and equally good defense in his prime. That slight advantage made the 1-2 points difference for him to win. When Lin Dan got older he no longer had that attack advantage and he even lost to players like Jan O Jorgensen in Round 32 of Super Series event in straight sets.
That particular match was team tournament. The japanese team matched LCW with a very low player ranked 100+ just to tire him out for the next rounds. LCW felt hugely disrespected so he fought back by destroying him.
That’s why he never won more, like Olympic golds. He didn’t “kill” his opponents when he had the chance, always choosing to play around. As a Malaysian, he was infuriating to watch
The day when LCW retires from playing badminton, i stopped watching men's singles badminton. Today's current crop of men's singles players are pale in comparison with players of the past.
Haha if LD toys with LCW then that is a bad hair day for LD. LD always struggles to beat LCW. If you ask me LD's arrogant attitude is what everyone hates. Heard any players punched their coach? Especially China coach? Coach will be talking and LD would just walk away.
