What they mean is that they failed at being a foster to her because they knew that they could never give her up. Kind of like Lee Asher, he now has 15 dogs because he's such a foster fail. My brother knew of someone who had a dog they kept in a cage for at least 8 months, rarely feeding or bathing. I knew I had to help so I bought the dog from them and decided to keep her just until we could find a forever home. She instantly became BFFs with his Pit Bull (another rescue with a horrible back story) and it's been two years. I guess I'm also a foster fail.

The point is that if you agree to be a foster family, you PLAN to give them up. So a Foster Fail is when you can't let go... My friend was a constant foster fail...

Pound for pound I don`t think there is an animal in this world that loves more than a dog. Especially one that is a rescue. I have one little Pepper is her name and I got her from the shelter when she was about 9 months old. They love unconditionally and really light up your life. What a blessing they are. I do know that I can`t foster animals, unless some day I acquire a farm because I don`t think I could let them go. Thank you to all the wonderful people out there that save these wonderful creatures. I guess I could`ve just said " I ❤ 🐕" and been done with it, but these stories just get to me.

We found my cat living in an old barn on my grandpa's property. My aunt found a pile of kittens behind an old box, and when she reached to pet one, my black cat leaned out from the darkness and bit her, haha. We didn't see her, even though she was basically curled around the kittens. Now the kittens are all homed and I've had this wonderful, smart, little fluffball keeping me company for years.

Thx u 4 rescuing 3 of them. Easy 2 get puppy adopted but adult dog is difficult but she finally found luv, home , happiness & companionship. Idk her past, could be from some1 dump her or she born on the street. She live happily now even in paradise, house in front of beach, lovely family who adore her. My dogs really like beach but at Aussie dog prohibited. Thx u 4 adopting her.
