This is quite relatable for me, as I also had a girl who acted just like Monika when I was in 2nd or 3rd grade. She was much older than me, and she was also always with her group of friends, and she always comforted me when I was bullied or sad, she even helped me with my homework once. Although we never had any conversations, also she never told me her name, and I don’t even remember her face :( We might even meet each other one day and i won’t recognize her, but she might recognize me, and I hope that happens in the future. But she was always there for me, and that’s what counts. This feels like déjà vu for some reason. Have a good day.

Joe Jim’s odd quest nearly made me say hi to mr.death

Prior to the suspicious ending, I was thinking this side story of a random child finding the Lit Club could be canon. It feels like such a genuine wholesome slice of life. Not that it's unusual for things to get weird in this universe.
