Dyer was an apt name for Casey's character. It's a homophone for dire, as in "dire circumstances". I felt empathy for both him and Abigail. Finney. on the other hand, was unrelatable. That's just tragic.
Vanessa u got up and left,,,lol. I think at the beginning of the pandemic I wouldn't have believed it. Now it's been a year and it's like - normal. You're working zooms and gotomeetings etc all day, and, life happens. Waterston - hate your lesbian avoidance. You're sucking the life out of the interview. This is the 3rd one I've dropped in on and your avoidance of the hard topic is tiresome. Makes me want to avoid anything you act in. You know I don't want anything with Carol Rovira anymore. She acted like a jerk about lesbianism, and I tried to keep watching, but - all i could think about was that gesture she'd made - with the tongue and two fingers making fun of us, and her comment about needing a drink to continue playing gay. and i will pay to keep quality lesbian representation on tv, but, Sorry I can't watch anything she's in, so though what you're doing is no where near the same. Avoiding talking about lesbian issues and lesbianism is going to follow you to all your projects and I won't be able to enjoy your acting, cause I'll be thinking about the interviews you gave. Ruins the film. Carol is ruined for me, and she and paula did a great job with their characters on Amar es Par Siempre.
