I ordered a canoe pack from Duluth last year, however it was not in stock so I chose a different pack. I received the wrong pack because it was incorrectly marked. When I called Duluth to see if they would pay for the return of the incorrect pack they did not. Instead, they immediately shut down the production line and built my original choice pack, sent it out the next day and told me that is can keep the pack that they incorrectly sent me as a gift for the inconvenience.
