Thanks for sharing Justin, one of my very good mates and mentors passed away suddenly a few years back and this weekend was his birthday. (he also left behind a daughter who was just born and man..his wife (who is also my good friend) has had a very challenging time since his passing.) I really liked your bit about how you were talking over someone and Chris put you in line. My mate did that for me a few times in my life and its a good reminder for me to ... like u said.. 'just chill the fuck out' Im not sure if I have bipolar myself..but of course when i go down the rabbit whole of researching bipolar/personality disorder I feel like i have some of the symptoms and signs but I dont want to identify with that label encase i use it as an excuse for myself to act up. But thanks for the reminder. its ok not to be ok and sometimes u just gotta go through with the emotions, embrace them, act up. and hope your close family and friends are able to deal with our man periods lol . I swear. once every 1-2 months ill be very emotional and sensitive and empathic and I fall for a bunch of cognitive bias and logical fallacies . sorry for the shit random comment I better get back to editing. A heartbreaking tale mate, life definitely can be too short sometimes. And take care of yourself Justin, sounds like you're on top of it but keep that watchful eye.
