Loved all the motivation, friend! :)

Yes, that's about how often I wash our sheets as well!! I've been really convicted lately of having a perfectionist mindset about what things 'I' think need to get accomplished each day...and then when I don't I find myself getting frustrated. Especially in the season I'm in...my son is almost 9 and is starting to be more independent in his homeschool work, but my middle daughter who is 15 still very much needs me as she has autism and learning disabilities....so school takes quite a good chunk of the day for me and then some days housework just is the basics...laundry, kitchen, quick pickup...that's it! Plus we've had some sickness and family stuff going on. So I've been learning to ask the Lord to establish the work of my hands (Ps 90:17), and just follow Jesus into the day, asking Him to establish and govern my thoughts, and to give me His perspective of what is necessary each day. Doing it this way definitely brings more peace, as I take His yoke upon myself, which is easy and light, and learn from Him!

I have tried multiple homemade recipes for syrup - and even bought the real maple syrup - but my kids always prefer the cheap fake stuff too! 😂 It was fun to join you on your Monday, Emily! Thanks for motivating me...on a Thursday! 😉
