About to pick up a black Epi Thunderbird 60s. Always loved them. Like a butterscotch blond Tele. Just... fuckin right. That sustain. The disregard payed the upper register ( it's like some folks forget they are playing a *bass* ). Long live the Thunderbird! Long live the King!
Ahhh back to the good thunderbird sound, it's incredible what a doom machine it is to my ears compared to that jazz one. No, this is the bass that The doomkeeper shall keep, to keep the doom.... err? Doomy? Lovely unusual slow jam, that only you can do, my man!
