I think the best MNF game I've ever seen was Chiefs at Broncos in 1994. Great duel between Joe Montana and John Elway that KC won right at the end. There's been alot of great MNF games over the years but Montana and Elway are the two greatest QB's of all time in my opinion
Sure did. It will never be the same. ESPN has managed to ruin even the intro song. Also, the schedule makers, it used to be the best game of the week, now it seems to be worst.. Look at this coming year, the put the Browns 4 times on primetime games, including 2 MNF games. I mean, I get it, they're one of the so-called up-and-coming teams, but 4 times??, C'mon! - And if that wasn't enough, the 2 MNF games are versus the Jets and the 49ers... are those the best games in those weeks? - seriously doubt it.

Late 80s the entire 90s my Hawks had many many dark days so when we were on MNF for us it' was like the sun shined on us during a night game for 3 hours are best MNF game was when coach Mike and the Seahawks went back to Green Bay and we beat the Packers on MNF and we just didn't win we pounded the Packers and are worse game on MNF was when the Raiders came to Seattle HB BO Jackson ran for a TD and kept running right out of the Kingdome
And 1994 was a special season as my 49ers would win week 1 to kickoff ABC Monday Night Football 25 Anniversary and the NFL's 75th Anniversary when Jerry Rice became the new NFL Touchdown scorer of all-time and to win Super Bowl XXIX over the San Diego Chargers in Miami which was also on ABC for Steve Young and the 49ers became the first team ever to win five Super Bowls the 1994 NFL season was my NFL season of all-time.
I had the honor of watching Mr. Earl Campbell play football and when I stood near him I was in awe of the size of the man’s legs being a 12yrs old kid it was a highlight of my youth for sure . One of the best to ever wear a FB uniform for sure .
