After that organ theme , we finally here that iconic theme that is still used to this day. The strings section really makes the theme ever better, makes it soar.

Even speaking as a Brit, even I know that Monday Night Football was special and was much better in the early years, with Howard, Dandy Don and The Giff!! What a tune Heavy Action is - also used by the BBC as the Superstars theme, but they had the good sense not to remaster and rearrange it to buggery. Of course, we all know the reason behind the demise of MNF - 12:57!!

Anyone know where I can get the music from the first clip? I know "Heavy Action" and love that. But this one is different and Shazam isn't ID'ing it. It's awfully funky.
