Mondi Group Chooses Canada 

Award-winning global leader in sustainable packaging and paper Mondi Group chose Hinton, Alberta, for the acquisition of the Hinton Pulp Mill. Mondi plans to invest in productivity and sustainability improvements to the mill, and intends to expand the facility with a new, integrated, kraft paper machine.
Mondi’s efforts will localize paper supply for the company’s existing business in the Americas, create new job opportunities, foster partnerships with local stakeholders, and contribute to the region’s economic advancement and vitality.
