Looking for a gift for a loved one or a friend? Make this money rose! I love this rose. And you?))) If you're afraid to use a DOUBLE-SIDED TAPE watch this video ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-mIIhuEnAHc8.html or use a stapler! Good luck! :-)
It took me 1 full day to complete 1dz for my daughter’s money lei for her 2023 college graduation. No procrastination here - Its beautiful! Thank you for sharing your talents with us. I NEVER thought I could do something so intricate as this, but thank God, I’m done!!!! I used an engineering ruler to mark the mm accurately when folding; once I got going, it went quickly! I used removable glue dots to hold the folds down, and hot glue on top of the removable glue dots to secure the roses to the money lei. Time will tell if any weak spots exist and I will secure them again - Thank you!
I haven’t done origami in 13 years but this video was well made and was easy to follow no rushing through steps and proper instructions thank you so much have a blessed day ❤
This is a wonderful tutorial! It's such a simple way to make a rose. I didn't think it was so simple from seeing the rose at the beginning. I see nothing wrong with using double sided tape. One person mentioned glue dots which would do the same job and be removable. Money is a sort of fabric and is very tough. Don't be afraid of taping it!
Thank you. Most of my subscribers want me to use no glue or tape at all when creating origami. But sometimes it's impossible. I need to combine two parts and I chose two-sided adhesive tape, because it can really be removed later. But many people do not like this method either. I am in search of that method which would suit all of my subscribers.
Hi, you did a beautiful job working your magic on this rose. I love it enough that I will be trying it, thank you for taking the time to share. Joyce Grigsby
ALOHA NProkuda! I absolutely LOVE this tutorial! These flowers look AMAZING when you're making a woven money lei or using the flower as a bow on a special package. I SUBSCRIBED! I'm looking forward to watching all your past and future videos. I hope everyone here has a wonderful day/evening. Take care, stay safe and don't forget to share your aloha spirit with others. GOD BLESS, - AuntyKeli ;-)
This is beautiful all the comments about the tape kinda bug. Anyone getting this gift will not care about tape and if they do u shouldn't be giving it to them anyway. Great video
Oh My God, so cute. You say it's difficult. I think it appears to be a lot easier than some of the other videos I saw. Will try this and let you know if I think it's difficult. Just seems time-consuming. Just have to make it pedal a little larger each time so they can all fit just right. At least that what I think you're doing.
I’m a kid and even I can make it cuz I made iT!!!!!! I’m sooo happy and my dad was soo Surprised he said I was soo talented but I said to him don’t give the credit to me because I had to be guided
"A rose by any other name".... I just used a strip of clear tape across tip to tip for the bottom triangles, inserted each petals a little snug, placed them with other styled roses on white glitter sand and acrylic diamonds in a glass tear shaped bowl as a gift/gift note Use: Please do! May re-gift & bless others. No harm was done to the flowers using double sided tape, glue dots, or clear tape when trying to dismantle for monetary purpose.
its a good tutorial, if using glue or tape. I have to agree with others that have comment about the 'no glue' part. Double sided tape is the same thing to me. The Double sided tape I can buy is not ment to release even if it was just freshly put on like in your other video. If i was making this with fake bills, or just paper, like you are id have no problem with using glue or double sided tape.
This is not easy for me to do. I have real bad arthritis in my hands, but I would love to have some money for someone to make these for me. If I knew somebody close to me that could make these I could really appreciate it. I would love to give these as a wedding gift.
@sakarilady1 .. Hi.. I just found this video by chance, and read your comment.. I'm so sorry about this problem of yours.. My mother is already in her 90s, and used to have this same issue, in a pretty serious way.. After doing a research, I could find something that helped to reverse it .. Not fully, but enough for her to have a nice normal life without all that pain and handicap.. Please let me know here if you read this comment..
Thank you for your comment. A double-sided adhesive tape and glue are not the same. If you stick the notes together, then you will not be able to separate them. But if you use double-sided scotch, you can. I have a video on my channel "5 MONEY ORIGAMI How I deploy and don`t damage the dollar bill". After watching this video, you make sure that you can use double-sided adhesive tape and remove it carefully, without damaging the bill. Therefore, in this tutorial about flower, the correct inscription is "no glue". In any case, you can first try to make this flower on plain paper. As for the name "origami" I do not see any mistake. I do not cut bills, I fold them. Because of their small size I have to fasten them 5 pieces together. I do not have one large bill, for example, 30 x 30 cm, to make this flower from it. If you can put such a flower from one bill, then write me a link. Thank you for reading my comment to the end.
Александър Димитров that’s not true. A lot of advanced origami involves piecing together a bunch of smaller pieces. It’s necessary sometimes because otherwise you’d need really large pieces of paper for certain projects.
Glue and tape are not the same, they both hold stuff together but one is wet the other dry, so she states no glue is used, she didn’t mention the tape so she used it, duh👍🏼
Do you have a link to the paper money you used? Those bills look to be the best I've seen in both size and appearance. Great video, and thank you in advance!
I bought this money in the store Everything for the holiday and jokes. If you have a printer, then you can print out any bills of any form and denomination. I use fake money. But the size of a note like a real banknote.
I don't know any other way to connect the flower petals together. If you carefully remove the double sided tape, the banknote is not damaged. On my channel you can watch the video "5 MONEY ORIGAMI How I deploy and don`t damage the dollar bill". I hope it will help you. Good luck!
Take a thin needle with a ball on the end. Pierce it through all the petals of the rose or through the last lowest petal so that the ball was inside the flower, and the needle was visible from the outside. And on this needle glue the stem. Did you understand me? Thanks for your question.
A fake $1000 dollar US banknote. Fun fact, $500, $1000, $5000, and even $10,000 dollar bills were all real bills that were minted in the early twentieth century. Nowadays, they're exceedingly rare, and very valuable.

Drill a 3/32" hole 1/2" down from one point of the flower. Insert a Christmas tree ornament hook and hang it on your tree. What a great gift to your friends!

I would like to know where did you get the bills from because they can’t be real one and you are using them to make this smh I don’t the so them 5 bills if they are real is over half million dollars
