What’s the movie Money Train about?
Charlie (Woody Harrelson from The People vs. Larry Flynt and The Messenger) and John (Wesley Snipes from One Night Stand) grew up together, raised by the latter's mother, and are now New York City subway security guards. They are going to have a hectic Christmas week: they will have to face a psychopathic arsonist killer roaming the subway stations; they will fall in love with the same woman, Grace Santiago (Jennifer Lopez from Anaconda, Hustlers and Maid in Manhattan), a police inspector who recently joined their team; they will repeatedly come into conflict with their boss, the unsympathetic Patterson (Robert Blake from In Cold Blood ), always looking for a good opportunity to fire them; and John will help Charlie pay off gambling debts he owes to mobsters. Both to pay off his debts and to get back at Patterson, Charlie soon plans to rob the Money Train, the train that carries the revenue from the New York subway system. John struggles to dissuade him from doing so.
