This time, I designed and knitted my own cardigan, 'Mongle.' I named this cardigan after 'Monggeul,' the name of the bouclé yarn I used. 'Monggeul monggeul' (몽글몽글) refers to something lumpy yet soft and smooth, like bubbles, jell-o, or tofu. It perfectly describes the texture of the yarn, doesn't it?
In Korean, both the cardigan and the yarn share the same name, but in English, I wanted to differentiate them. So, I decided to write 'Mongle,' resembling 'mingle'.
