#MongolianChicken
-- 2 lb. Of chicken
-- 1 green bell pepper
-- 1 red bell pepper
-- 1 bunch of green onions.
-- 2 whole yellow onions cut in bias.
-- 3 tbsp of soy sauce.
-- 3 tbsp of hoisin sauce.
-- 1 tbsp of rice vinegar
-- 1 tbsp of rice cooking wine
-- 1 tbsp of shiro mirin or substitute 1 spoon of sugar.
-- pinch of salt.
-- 2 tbsp of sesame oil.
-- 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce.
-- 2 tbsp of chili garlic (optional).

The only thing we needed to see was the sauce mixture...which, for some reason, is excluded. ALL stir fry is essentially the same process, with the sauce being the ONLY difference.

Hello. The sauce I put is the combination of all the sauce ingredients. It's in the description or recipes under the name of the food. It's soy sauce, sugar or mirin, sesame oil, hoisin sauce, etc. Just check under the description you will see all the ingredients. Thanks for watching.

how do u get such oily wok, all the ones i buy donot retain this oily glaze

When the food is done then drizzle a little bit of oil on the food then toss it for like 3 to 5 times then plate it. It's not the wok. That's the technique on how to glaze the food and make it shiny. Try it and you'll see the difference. 😁😁 Let me known if it's not working and I'll tell you another technique. 😁😊

The cutting of the chicken sizes is inconsistent, I wont go on but you could get off.

You can always weigh it if you want to make it consistent. Any sizes you want is a must.
